Hamann just released their upgraded official tuning package for the BMW M2 – the German automaker’s hottest car at the moment!
It is difficult not to love the BMW M2. It is the smallest, lightest and most nimble car in the M Division product line. There’s always room for improvement though.
To take the BMW M2 up a notch, they created a new body kit. The package includes a front lip spoiler, side skirts, a rear diffuser and rear decklid. It looks menacing with all those carbon fiber parts. These parts also make the car a lot lighter.
The Hamann BMW M2 also sits on a new set of wheels and a new stainless steel exhaust system that can be purchased with a choice of tips, depending if you’re a carbon fiber or traditional tips kind of guy. The traditional look can be further customised by choosing from standard silver or black anodized. The sound of the new exhaust is amazing too!
Hamann did not stop with upgrading the look only. They also added a power bump thanks to a new tune and boost map. BMW M2’s N55 3.0 liter turbocharged I6 engine now makes 420 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque from the 365 hp and 343 lb-ft standard.
