Drag Race: V10 BMW E30 M3 VS. Porsche 911 GT2 RS

The Porsche 911 GT2 is a tough competitor to have for any car. It is actually one of the best cars to drive on the track today. Can a V10 BMW E30 M3 win against it? Check out who wins in a drag race:

The Porsche 911 GT2 RS is a rear-engined sports car powered by a 3.6-liter turbocharged machine. It delivers 620 horsepower and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. Yes, these are terrifying numbers. Even with a manual transmission, the 911 GT2 RS can still reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.5 seconds.

The V1 BMW E30 M3 on the other hand is powered by a 5-liter engine. This is an underdog from the onset. However, it may just have a change if the race is done from a rolling start, which is probably why the makers of this video decided to do it this way.

In terms of weight, the GT2 RS tips the scale at 1,450 kg (3,200 lbs) while the BMW M3 should be about 100 kilos lighter. Take into account the 535 horsepower and 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) of torque from the latter, this is an interesting race.
