Like many other luxury automakers, BMW provides customers with a wide selection of alloy wheel styles, widths, and finishes to complement their vehicles. In Germany, the standard M4 comes with no less than seven customisation options, and that’s before you even get to the extensive M Performance catalogue.
Even if you’re uninterested in what the original equipment manufacturers deliver, you can rest easy knowing that the aftermarket is constantly working on new and exciting options. A stunning Isle of Man Green version of the high-performance coupe is being used to showcase the S17-04 forged set from Miami’s Vossen. The new soles are 20 inches long, front and back, with a stealth grey exterior.
The unique wheels include a 275/30/20 front tyre and a 295/30/20 rear tyre, and they are offered in no less than 48 distinct colours. If you want to go all out, Vossen has this set in sizes ranging from 19 to 24 inches. The M4 is more than just its flashy new alloy wheels, which cost $2,000 each and are shown in the promotional clip. Columbus, Ohio’s Racing Sport Concepts supplied an aggressive front spoiler lip and beefy side skirts made of carbon fibre. In addition to the carbon fibre diffuser in the back, this M4 has a trunk lid spoiler. A carbon fibre roof would have been a wonderful touch, but the coupe has a sunroof instead.
BMW only introduced the M4 CSL, but the company is already thinking of ways to improve the performance of the quick coupe. In 2023, after the release of the extremely limited 3.0 CSL at the end of this year, the M4 CS will appear. Wheels and other changes inside and out will set these cars apart from the standard M4 lineup.
