Hamann Motorsport gives a peek at what they have in store for the BMW M2. The German tuner has not expressed any intention of offering performance enhancements for the BMW M2. But with how popular the M2 is, we suspect this will come soon. It would be very exciting to see an M2 complete aerodynamic and exhaust kit from Hamann. Until that day comes, here’s a glimpse of how a BMW M2 would look like wearing their 20 inch wheels.
This mute video shows an Alpine White M car fitted with Hamann’s 20 inch Anniversary Evo wheels. Design-wise, it does look good. However, they will only drive comfortably on silky smooth roads. Hamann must have been thinking about the perfect asphalt roads in their hometown Germany. In other countries of the world, its normal for a pothole and some bumps to appear in roads. These road imperfections will be a challenge for wheels this thin.
Currently, Hamann only has interior bits that can fit the M2. Pedal covers with their logo in either silver or black anodized aluminum, LED door projector with their logo, and some badges are available.
If Hamann’s work on the M3 and M4 models is the standard, we will definitely see over 400 HP for the N55 engine under the hood of the M2. Volume will be provided by the exhaust.
