The BMW M Hybrid V8 secured an impressive pole position in the top-tier GTP class. However, misfortune struck when the leading car encountered a collision during the race, dropping it from contention. Its sister car managed to claw back into a commendable finish, demonstrating both speed and resilience despite the challenges on the track.

The GTD PRO class offered a bright spot for BMW, with the M4 GT3 EVO clinching a double podium finish for Paul Miller Racing. Meanwhile, the debut of the new M4 GT4 EVO added to the excitement by marking its first victory in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge event.
