His garage has the “Welcome to fabulous Las Vegas” sign, an avenue lined with glossy red pillars and even a small basketball court. The room is lit like a car showroom. It took him nine months to design the garage and another nine months to build it. Upstairs, there’s a 7,000 square foot penthouse loft and its 1,000 square foot rooftop.
