BMW 1 Series M Coupe to launch in May 16th

BMW Blog reports that the new BMW 1 Series M Coupe will be a part of the BMW European Delivery program. The April 15, 2011 launch date has been moved to May 16th. The reason for the delay is not known at the moment. BMW dealers worldwide will be notified this week about how the 1M Coupe will be allocated and how many units will be available through the program. The allocation is said to be announced by the end of January 2011. Then distributions will start by March 2011. Pricing will be announced at the Detroit Auto Show on January 10, 2011.
