The 2015 BMW 3 Series Facelift has arrived in Abu Dhabi. This one is wearing a series of accessories from the M Performance Catalog.
Featuring an M Sport package and a Mineral Grey Metallic finish, the 330i received a carbon fiber front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser, rear spoiler, black kidney grille – with the M colors on it – and exterior mirror caps. All these parts are subtly painted with a red color which matches the dark exterior. Rounding out the tuning program are 19-inch BMW M Performance wheels type Double-spoke style 405 M with red accents as well.
Under the hood of the BMW 330i, the new turbocharged four-cylinder B48 produces 252 hp and a maximum torque of 350 Newton meters. The currently most powerful four-cylinder in the BMW program replaces the 245 hp 328i and scores in direct comparison with better performance and reduced consumption.
In combination with the optional 8-speed automatic transmission, the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h comes in 5.8 seconds, while the manually switched 330i requires a tenth of a second longer. The maximum speed is independent of the gearbox and limited electronically to 250 km/h. The standard consumption – depending on the transmission and tires – is between 5.5 and 6.5 liters per 100 kilometers.
