BMW M235i Track Edition Unveiled

BMW has quietly introduced the new M235i Track Edition in the Netherlands. This vehicle is said to be an “exclusive” and “sporty” version of the M235i Coupe.

The Track Edition features an M Performance body kit that includes a front splitter, revised side skirts and a rear diffuser. The model also has a black grille, a trunk-mounted spoiler, a stainless steel sports exhaust system and 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels.

There are only a few interior changes including the aluminum pedals, a carbon fiber / Alcantara handbrake lever and an Alcantara-wrapped sport steering wheel with a race display.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine that produces 326 PS (240 kW) and 450 Nm (322 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission which allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, before hitting an electronically-limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).

Production will be limited to 12 units only.
