BMW M3 Competition Senner Tuning Runs on a Whopping 630 HP

Another German tuner is boosting the M3 after Manhart released their MH3 GTR package yesterday. Senner focused on the Competition version and kept cosmetic changes low-key. Their Black Saphire Metallic automobile rides on 21-inch forged Wheelforce alloys with 275/25 R21 front and 295/25 R21 rear tyres.

To improve handling and driving characteristics, the G80-generation M3 has been lowered using an adjustable KW coilover suspension. The 1980s-themed retro decals applied to the back doors complete the exterior modifications. Senner has a long history of working with BMW 3 Series models, including the E36, E46, and E91.

BMW’s trusted S58 engine now produces 510 hp and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque, significantly from the series’ previous figures. Senner increased the power from the twin-turbo inline-six to 630 horsepower, while torque has been increased to 750 Nm (553 lb-ft). Additionally, the factory exhaust system now features adjustable valves that allow the driver to customise the exhaust note while driving. Senner is putting the finishing touches on a new set of downpipes for a completely unique sports exhaust.

Modifications to the M3 Touring G81, unveiled only a few weeks ago, are reportedly well underway. The new waggon will only be available with xDrive, unlike the M3 Sedan pictured below, which has rear-wheel drive. Meanwhile, on August 14, at the BMW Power Day 2022 in Enspel, Germany’s Stoffel-Park, Senner Tuning will showcase the stealthy saloon. BMW fans eager for a more powerful M3 will have to wait until 2023 to release the CS special edition. The 3.0-liter engine output is limited to 540 horsepower.
