BMW M5 prototype gets towed off Nurburgring

Everybody is used to seeing prototypes speeding at the Nurburgring track. However, this photo shows an entirely different scenario. A BMW M5 prototype is being towed off the Ring.

The reason could be a mechanical failure, flat tire, or just a problem in the electronic circuit, and the list goes on. No reports have confirmed the reason behind this. What is both interesting and amusing is the fact that the BMW X5 is acting as an efficient tow truck. It confirms the BMW X5’s power and efficiency, even on unexpected situations like these.

The BMW M5 concept will be unveiled next year at the Geneva Motor Show. Its world premiere will be at the Frankfurt Auto Show.
