No BMW style has been so controversial as this BMW new 4 series since the Bangle Butt era. Its new grill concept surprised all the BMW fans, car enthusiasts, journalists, and pretty much everyone. The new grill is not only massive, but its outstanding architecture is dubious. The giant grille makes some sense on a 7 series or X7. This is not the case for the 4 Series. Which is more suited to a smaller, streamlined grille with its elegant style and sport car proportions.
This division has brought multiple artists to redesign the 4er’s grille for a much smaller version. We saw some of the latest four-series with old 4-series grills, but the new ones offering them the BMW M135i grille. Although this is not the best choice, since the whole front end of the 1 series varies very much from 4 Series’, due to the former being front-wheel drive, the beaver-teeth grille of storage 4er definitely looks better.
The smaller grill matches the smooth, aggressive headlamp and makes the whole front end look more cohesive. Better yet the smaller grille helps the vehicle to place a license plate in front, something BMW seemed to have overlooked during the creation of the new 4 Series.
I know that there are still a lot of grille options out there better than this one, it’s still a good choice than the stock 4er grille. If any render artist can boost the grille design in the world by only making it smaller, then you know something’s not right. I just feel bad about the 4th series constantly, and feel bad about the production team behind it
