As Handelsblatt reported, BMW is working on a 3 Series electric sedan to present at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September. The model should be able to drive at least 400 km on a single charge and it’s designed to be a direct competitor to Tesla Model 3 sedan.
However, BMW didn’t comment on this information. What we know so far that the company is interested in expanding its electric vehicle range, but the exact upcoming models are still unknown. They are not looking to add more i Series models for the moment, but rather focus on electrifying the existing models.
