BMW Rumored to Launch F10 518d Model in Europe

BimmerToday reports that BMW is planning to introduce a new model in its European fleet this year. Powered by the N47T engine producing 105 kW (143 bhp) @ 4000 rpm and 300 N m (221 lb ft) @ 1750-3000 rpm, the BMW 518d will be the long awaited life cycle impulse of the 5 Series. Rumor has it that the side mirrors will have turn signal indicators and overall chrome design elements will be included in the front fenders. Interior changes are expected to be minimal. If the rumors are correct, the BMW 518d will start production in July 2012.
