BMW Z Spyder Stradale: Soon a Reality?

BMW is now prioritizing the development of vehicles for sustainable mobility and cars that will be closer to the masses. But given that BMW is the leading luxury car provider, people are anticipating a high end luxury concept to arise.

Before the economic difficulties hit the world market, BMW CEO Norbert Reithofer was already 2 years in the development of his dream project:  BMW “Z” Spyder Stradale. It was supposed to be the epitome of BMW’s values: premium luxury, advanced design and great driving dynamics. But since the economy took a turn for the worst, strategies were shifted to saving the automobile business.

BMW now shows evident signs of recovery and is working hard to maintain the momentum. The Gran Coupe concept is a very good sign that BMW has recovered and is ready to continue their original plans for high end vehicles. BMW might just be ready to continue the BMW “Z” Spyder Stradale project.

Spyder Stradale will be a premium high end Sport’s car. It will be made from mixed materials of aluminium, steel, carbon fibre, and magnesium. The latest developments in LED technology, Stop-Start technology, Brake energy regeneration, and Active Aerodynamics will be used. The interior will be minimalistic, but the exterior will be equipped with a futuristic design. Rumor has it that a production car might be available in 2014. But as for the moment, this is still a dream yet to become a reality.
