Aside from driving range, one of the questions for who are considering an electric car would be charging times. How long will it take to charge an electric vehicle from your home’s power outlet, assuming that the battery is fully depleted? Tesla Model S (60kWh) still takes the number 1 spot with 3.5 hours, but BMW takes a cozy position by matching the charging time for the BMW i3 to 3.5 hours also. Next on the list is the Ford Focus Electric with 4 hours, Fiat 500e with 4 hours, and Nissan LEAF with 5 hours.
