The BMW M4 GTS is powered by the multi-award-winning six-cylinder in-line turbo engine from the BMW M3/M4. Top speed is 305 km/h (189.5 mph). While giving that performance, the fuel economy is kept at a low 8.5 litres per 100 km* [33 mpg imp], 199 g/km*. Right now, this is the most radical, agile, and dynamically able model in the BMW line up.

The car will be limited to the production of 700 units only. It is made in celebration of the M3’s 30th production year anniversary. Very forward M technologies are put on this vehicle by BMW engineers. It starts from the powertrain, to the chassis, extending to the lightweight materials used for the build.

Frank van Meel, CEO of BMW M GmbH says, that this car continues the special edition legacy of the M3. The mid-size car has been in GT, CSL, GTS, and CRT forms. The aim is to sharpen the identity of the car and bring it a step further in terms of dynamics and performance – which thrills many ///M Power enthusiasts. These cars can easily switch from the track to normal street driving. For BMW, this is the perfect embodiment of what is possible for a road-legal car, says van Meel.
