One of the two BMW 733i Wagons in the World

Some BMW enthusiasts would find it hard to believe that there is a BMW 7 Series Wagon that exists. Many automobile enthusiasts are not aware that this kind of model even existed. But lo and behold, Jalopnik has just discovered one of the two 1981 BMW 733i wagons at a car auction last week. This car features 2002 taillights and a custom formed roof.

Where has this vehicle been hidden in the past years? Sources say that the BMW 733i Wagon was built for display at the Frankfurt Auto Show. There were only two of these models were custom made for that purpose.

Back in 2000, an eBay auction sold the vehicle for US$15,000. It had 8,179 miles on the meter. After ten years, it now has 9002 and sells for US$6,000.
