Automotive journalists expect an ALPINA B4 to be introduced for the first time next year at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. Rendering artists are already imagining what this potential ALPINA B4 may look like. Here is an iteration by Dejan Hristov based on the 4 Series Coupe and given an Alpina treatment. It features an aggressive body kit, rear diffuser, four-tailpipes and ALPINA-exclusive paint jobs. It is also expected to be powered by a revised version of the BMW inline six-cylinder engine with Valvetronic (N55) with a second turbocharger, delivering around 410 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque pushed through a rear-wheel drive architecture via an ALPINA-specific eight-speed ZF automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
