Rumor has it that a flagship M7 could make its way into production in the upcoming years but BMW has not confirmed any plans yet. BMWNA CEO Ludwig Wilisch however told TheDetroitBureau that an M7 flagship M model remains on the table as a viable competitor to the Audi S8 and Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG. Recent reports also confirm that the “M7″ trademark was registered by BMW.
