Photos – BMW ALPINA B3 S Cabriolet (E93 Facelift) at 2011 Geneva

ALPINA showcased the facelifted version of the ALPINA B3 S Cabriolet, based on the BMW 335i. This vehicle offers improved performance and torque with reduced fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

B3 S Bi-Turbo uses a modified 3.0 liter twin-turbo straight six engine that delivers 400 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 540Nm or 398.3 lb-ft of peak torque. It accelerates from 0-62mph (100km/h) in 4.7 seconds.

The design is defined by the modern and functional front spoiler. Engineered using the newest developments in aerodynamic design, the spoiler reduces lift at the front and enables optimal air flow to the high performance cooling system. The B3 S carries a new rear valance which communicates a tasteful sporting charm through its integrated rear diffusor and two distinctive double-ended exhaust pipes.

For the interior, the trademark ALPINA design cues enhance the elegance of the 3 Series. Special leather and trim with a hand-stitched steering wheel completes the look.
