Spy photographs from China reveal the interior design and sport seats of the upcoming BMW M3 and BMW M4. However, its highly likely that this is still a pre-production design but many of the design expectations may pull through to production.
It features wrapped leather sport seats, M emblem below the headrest, floating LCD screen, but there’s no indication yet of carbon fibre. Surely, the production version will have carbon fibre elements since the weight of the cars have been reduced to just under 1,500 kilograms.
This prototype also comes with the Seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission with Launch Control. Both the F80 M3 and F82 M4 feature a high-revving six-cylinder in-line engine with BMW M TwinPower Turbo technology newly developed for the new BMW M3 Sedan and BMW M4 Coupe produces maximum output of approximately 430 hp.
BMW M3 and M4 will make its debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show.
