Special BMW M3 Carbon Edition for the Chinese Market

A new special BMW M3 has been introduced exclusively for the Chinese market. The BMW M3 Carbon Edition will run a limited production of 111 cars only. This is not the first time that BMW released a special edition vehicle for China to meet the growing premium market there. BMW considers China as an important market because of its contribution to BMW’s sales goals.

This limited edition M3 will be sold at 1.23 million yuan or 189,000USD this July. The name of the vehicle reveals the extensive use of carbon fibre in making the vehicle. From the roof to the front and rear bumpers, lip splitters, trunk spoiler, side skirts, hood inlets and interior parts — practically all possible uses of carbon fibre to make this vehicle lighter.

The exterior color of the car is Mineral White and the interior is decorated with black leather seats with a carbon pattern and white stripes. Under the hood, its standard M3 engine delivers 420 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. The M3 Carbon Edition is further enhanced aesthetically by its black 19″ Style 220 wheels.
