After quite a long hiatus, the F80 BMW M3 has been spotted once again doing some winter testing in Sweden. This time, it is wearing camouflage. The tail lights are revealed in their full glory. The car appears to be low, wide, and with massive fender flares. The kidney grilles are also using a sportier shape than the F30 3 series sedan. The production version is said to get dedicated M3 exterior mirrors.
Four piston fixed caliper brakes at the front and two piston fixed piston calipers at the rear axle have also been spotted. They were matted to the M trademark slotted drilled brake discs.
No confirmations have been made about the power plant yet. But the vehicle is expected to launch in the market on 2013.
