These are the very first photos of the 2012 BMW M6 cabrio (F13). This M6 prototype being tested shows a soft top, the regular 6 Series bumper, signature M quad exhausts, large wheels, and big brakes.
The F12/F13 M6 have the same the 4.4L twin turbo, twin scroll, direct injection S63 engine with the F10 M5 which is expected to come in at the 585-600hp mark.
According to a BMW insider, the next BMW M6 will have multi-spoke wheels unique to the M6 and five spoke wheels also available on the next M5.
The M6 Cabrio is expected to debut in September 2012 before the 2012 Mondial l’automobile, Paris.
