Video – BMW Enthusiasts drove the 1 Series M Coupe

Weeks ago, BMW announced that they will be choosing twelve BMW enthusiasts all over the world to spend some time behind the wheel of the 1 Series M Coupe. On November 18, 2010, this promise became a reality.

This is the first time that BMW has engaged their customers and allowed interaction before the car is actually launched on the market. This follows through BMW’s promise of the 1M: built for BMW enthusiasts. The world premiere will take place at the Detroit Auto Show in 2011. In this video, we can see how the car just puts a big smile of the drivers’ face — a true ultimate driving machine. The BMW 1 Series M Coupe is powered by an engine based on N54 twin-turbo delivering 340 horsepower, matted to a six-speed manual.
