The testing of the new F90 M5 sedan and this time it was spotted in the Los Angeles area. Naturally, it was fully covered in camouflage.
Though the camo can hide some particular features, it does nothing for covering the car’s magnificent curves. We can already see that the new M5 will come with a sporty front-end and the regular rear-end featuring twin double pipes. The wheel arches are flared.
If the kidney grille looks familiar, it’s because it was already used in the G30 5 Series. The same things with the LED headlights.
What’s great about the new F90 is that it will also have an improved engine. The 5.0-liter V10 S85 will be replaced with the V8 TwinTurbo. This will bring it very close to the new M4 and M4 GTS, and it’s assumed it will have little less than 500 horsepower.
We’ll keep updating you as soon as we find out new info. It’s possible that this new M5 will be revealed at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in March.
