[Video] The BMW M2 CS against Bentley Flying Spur

In one of the Carwow’s video release, we will see what it is like if the BMW M2 CS goes against the Bentley Flying Spur in a drag race. It’s a given that no one would ever buy a Bentley Flying Spur only to take it in the track. However, what if somebody challenges you in the red light? I suppose we’re going to find out what happens then, credit to this video.

Although as Mat points out, there is a justification. According to him, the reason for this video is that BMW M2 CS owners might think they can wipe out such large, heavy limousines on the road. This naturally plays into the classic “BMW driver” cliché, but we understand that these preconceived ideas have behind them a little bit of truth. So could the Bentley Flying Spur smoke the BMW M2 CS?

Under the hood, the Bentley Flying Spur is equipped with a 6-liter W12 two-turbo engine, literally twice the BMW M2 CS size. However, it does not have twice the power with a maximum torque rating of 635 HP and 900 Nm. The main advantage is that an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox supplies the entire wheel drive with launch control.

However, its problem lies in the attributes that make it extremely desirable for wealthy people to buy it. The Wood, leather, and other materials that damage sound makes it so heavy. It’s severely heavy. The Flying Spur is 2.430 kilos in size. It’s almost a full ton more than the BMW M2 CS. So who is going to win among the two? Well, I’m not going to spoil the fun anymore, but let’s say that things aren’t as straightforward as you think. Watch the full video of the drag race above and see yourself what will happen.
