Wards announced the brand new BMW X6 M winner of the 10 Best Interiors for 2020. Further, SUVs and CUVs dominated the list of the 10 awardees – a never before seen scenario. This led to having only two sedans and a coupe to close the 2020 list.
Significantly, Wards checked for the user-friendliness of functions and screen displays, components usage, and ergonomics. In addition, they focused on style, design, and comfort for the ranking. Other deluxe automakers entered the list as a result. Included are Mercedes-Benz’s GLB, and Audi’s e-tron model. The Flying Spur of Bentley also made the ranking.
The 32 cars with new or substantially updated cabins were included in the list. All of these are available in the U.S. But only the best 10 were picked by Wards reviewers. No price cap was considered in the selection, but quality is a variable.
Here are the 2020 winners (alphabetical order):
- Audi e-Tron
- Bentley Flying Spur
- BMW X6 M Competition
- Chevy Corvette Stingray
- Hyundai Venue
- Kia Telluride
- Lincoln Aviator
- Mercedes-Benz GLB
- Nissan Sentra
- Toyota Highlander
Lincoln entered the list for the fourth time in a row this year, while it’s Toyota’s third year in a row. Significantly, Nissan earned their fifth trophy this year. Likewise, German luxury cars such as BMW and Mercedes earned their fifth trophy, while Audi earned their fourth trophy this year.
Notably, the all-new 2020 BMW X6 M shows off its wide range of leather covering choices and carbon-fiber highlights. The extensive head-up display and the 12.3-inch fully digital scale cluster boasts of the car’s high tech attributes. In addition, the massaging front seats and the stylish interior lighting enhance the car’s overall design.
The new 2020 BMW X6 M and its variation X6 M Competition, therefore, proves to be superior with its interior.
