BMW unveiled the BMW Vision Connected Drive at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. This exciting new concept is quite similar to the Efficient Dynamics. However, it features futuristic design lines that make use of the layering approach seen with the first Vision Concept. This two-seater roadster has a long bonnet, short overhangs and strong, imposing front-end — a purist BMW design interpretation. The layering design of the vehicle allows for better ventilation.

The dynamic character of the vehicle is enhanced by 20-inch wheels, flat and round headlights, and a vast array of technology innovations. This includes the advanced Head-Up Display that uses technology to project in 3D essential information, the BMW Vision ConnectedDrive Infotainment system which is based primarily on location-based information, and location-based services that allow the owner to perform various tasks.
