BMW has introduced the exclusive and highly anticipated Skytop, a limited-edition roadster that has already captured the attention of car enthusiasts worldwide. Adrian van Hooydonk, head of BMW Group Design, revealed the production version at an event in Milan, where collectors quickly reserved all available units. This limited run of the Skytop continues BMW’s tradition of building exclusive models following the release of the celebrated BMW 3.0 CSL.
At the heart of the Skytop is a 4.4-litre V8 engine that delivers an impressive 625 hp, ensuring thrilling acceleration and remarkable driving dynamics. Combined with BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system and an eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission, the Skytop promises unmatched stability and speed. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, offering a driving experience that matches its eye-catching appearance.
