Julie Mehretu’s BMW Art Car, fresh from its debut in Europe, continues BMW’s tradition of blending art with automotive design. Her creation translates dynamic energy into a three-dimensional form, reflecting themes from her monumental painting “Everywhen.” This partnership extends to future collaborative African art initiatives, further cementing BMW’s dedication to cultural engagement.

Heemin Chung and Alvaro Barrington bring unique perspectives to the BMW i7 miniature edition. Chung explores the fusion of technology and nature, while Barrington envisions a future where cars integrate deeply into our daily lives, enhancing connectivity through advanced technologies. The profits from these artworks will support charitable causes chosen by the artists.

BMW’s involvement extends beyond visual art. They partner with Frieze Music to present a special performance by SAAY on September 5, further enriching the intersection of music and art at Frieze Seoul.
