The BMW M240i xDrive (G42) already delivers an impressive 374 PS from its 3.0-litre inline-six engine, but Manhart has taken it even further. With the MH2 500 II upgrade, power jumps to an astonishing 503 PS—outperforming even the standard M2’s 480 PS. This transformation turns the M240i into a true high-performance machine, offering sharper acceleration and a more exhilarating drive.

To achieve this, Manhart has enhanced the engine with a new intake manifold featuring an integrated intercooler, a 300-cell HJS catalytic converter in the downpipe, and a custom auxiliary control unit optimised for 102-octane fuel. These upgrades push torque to 633 Nm, ensuring stronger power delivery across the rev range. The performance boost is complemented by a stainless-steel exhaust system with four matte black tailpipes, giving the car an aggressive sound to match its enhanced capabilities.

Manhart also offers Stage 2 and Stage 3 tuning for those seeking even greater performance. The MH2 500 II benefits from BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system, ensuring optimal power distribution. It rides on 20-inch double-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in high-performance tyres, providing improved grip and stability. Handling is further refined with a KW Variant 3 coilover suspension system featuring adjustable damping, while an H&R lowering kit is available for those wanting a more aggressive stance.
The MH2 500 II visually stands out with a pastel light blue wrap and a full suite of carbon aerodynamic upgrades. A redesigned front spoiler, side skirts, diffuser, and prominent rear wing give it a more commanding presence. Inside, a leather and Alcantara-wrapped BMW M steering wheel and carbon-fibre shift paddles add a sporty, race-inspired feel. With these enhancements, Manhart has taken the M240i beyond its stock potential, creating a machine that doesn’t just rival the M2—it surpasses it.
