BMW Unveils XM Night Gold and Shadow Lines in Malaysia

Attention BMW enthusiasts in Malaysia! The highly anticipated XM SUV is now available in the base trim level. And customers will soon have the option to choose the Label Red trim. Additionally, BMW Malaysia has introduced two new trims for the XM – the Night Gold Line and Shadow Line. Both start at RM 1,398,800. As of the current exchange rate, that’s roughly USD 316,000.

The XM Night Gold Line and Shadow Line trims offer distinct features that cater to different tastes. The Night Gold Line dazzles with its gold accents, while the Shadow Line exudes elegance with its glossy black finish. Both trims boast illuminated kidney grilles, 23-inch wheels, and interiors with Individual leather Merino in Black, Sakhir Orange, Deep Lagoon, and Silverstone. Choose from Cape York Green and Marina Bay Blue for the Night Gold Line and Shadow Line exterior colours, or go for the classic Sapphire Black and M Carbon Black. The options are endless with the BMW XM.

There are no more alternatives because everything is supplied as standard equipment. Choosing the colour and leather at no additional expense is an exception, though. BMW offers the XM in Malaysia with every option imaginable, including adaptive LED lighting and four-zone automatic climate control. Features include heated/cooled cupholders, soft-close doors, massaging front seats, and a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system.

In Malaysia, the BMW XM now comes with the muscular 23-inch set of wheels as the only available option. However, there are options for smaller 21- and 22-inch wheels for those in other areas. The alloy wheels are available with or without striking gold embellishments, depending on the trim level. The wheels have impressive 275/35 front and 315/30 rear rubber for maximum performance. Upgrade your ride with the BMW XM.

It is still too early to predict if the Asian nation will receive the top-of-the-line Label Red or the upcoming XM 50e base model, which will omit the V8 in favour of a less powerful inline-six. BMW Malaysia has been accepting preorders for the exclusive M model since October 2022, but they have only recently released the pricing information and online configurator to the public this week.
