I'm presuming you see it only when the lights are on? No way to remove it as it is the LED shining onto the plastic. (Imagine taking a torch light and shining on a piece of transparent plastic, same effect)

Normal servicing around $300 plus if I recall correctly. Brake pads not sure, this one ur SE can advise. Probably around $400 plus? Tyres... Get from outside tyre shop cheaper.
