Thanks for the advice... but I am already stepping on the brakes. Had the car for over a year and have always been stepping on the brakes when shifting. Not sure if it is a sensor issue?

Hi, Anyone can advice what does this symbol mean? It pops up only when I shift into "D" or "N" and it disappears when I drive off. It looks like it is warning the driver to step on the brakes. But I am already applying pressure on the pedal. Appreciate it!
