Re: 1.4L turbo for big family sedan Bro, This one bigger than golf. It was OK for this engine in a Jetta. But stretching it to a Passat? Ermmmm... I guess still can but don't expect it to perform with gusto and offer any spirited drives? Needs a tune and it should be a bit more respectable...

Re: 1.4L turbo for big family sedan Sadly...this passat is using the single charge aka turbo with stock power at 122bhp and 200nm of torque. Just barely enough to get it moving. Tune it up and it feels better as the numbers will get up to about 156bhp and 260nm torque. :D
