Instead of guessing I think getting a workshop to scan your car and properly diagnose the issue would be better. Octane rating will have little to no effect and could just be a coincidence.
Don't its all overpriced at this point.

More pics, overall cooling coil was actually in good condition and clean and they managed to get rid of the weird smell on startup so thats a good thing.
Finally made the decision to have the whole thing cleaned out.
Went to Yigo cost was approx $470 downtime approx 4 hours start to finish. Prob could have finished faster had I not keep taking pics.
Doesn't affect performance. 3 options.
1. Leave it alone
2. Go visit another workshop see if they've got another workaround, codewerx is our site sponsor and highly regarded.

Plenty of better other brands out there and for much cheaper too. Remember to get the external battery to prevent increased battery drain on your main battery.
No issue unless you've got staggered tyres. Rotation extends service life. Don't forget to get your alignment checked if you notice uneven tyre wear. Ask the tyre shop guy to check for you
