Hi, I'm new here and I'm thinking of getting a beemer - though i'm still undecided between a 1,3 or a used 3 coupe. I noticed in the forum, there's a lot of use of EXX - which i suppose are engine numbers? how do i know what's for which series? Dumb question to the regulars here huh ...:D

Re: Hello there! Thanks. i test drove the 130i ... and while it is a very nice drive, it lacks the fun feel of a fast hatch.... :) so i'm still comtemplating ... for that price would i be better off getting other models...

Hi all, I joined this forum to learn more about BMW cars especially 1-series. For some reasons there don't seem to be many on the roads and i also see a lot of For Sale ads from PML offering 1-series for sale - i was wondeirng why. Perhaps some problems with the car? Any one with any comments?
