Re: Cracking sound from bonnet when pressed (E92 335i) yes i am... KW V2... they are brand new. just replaced them abt a month ago. before changing the coils, the sound was there already. after changing them, they are still there. initially thought it was from the coils, bushings etc..

Re: Cracking sound from bonnet when pressed (E92 335i) It's exactly the same sound it makes when I go over uneven roads... I was trying to figure out where the sound comes from one day, n so happened that I realize when pressing it down, I get the same irritating sound.
