The valet trunk "lock and unlock" switch is in the unlock position

Hi need some help here, when I press the unlock button, the boot doesn't release but i can hear the I hear the mechanical sound like trying to unlock. What is the problem?

Should be able to get around $700 for body.

Re: E90 Car door lock problem I am having the same problem with the front passenger and the rear passenger both left and right doors. Do they use the same door actuator parts or i need to order three different parts? How much does each cost now?
