The other cause could be the fact that I changed my exhaust or something to do with the programming of the software. Will check further. Thanks guys for replying and contributing.

This is the most likely cause. Will take a deeper look at this during the upcoming servicing.

Had this problem before. Shawn888 is right. Cos BMW is left hand drive in Europe so there is this cover to seal up the hole for the steering column. It wear n tears n that's how u get the leak on the left side.
