Guys,

I am going for my first servicing since i took over the car. 36,000 servicing. Still within warranty.

Have already booked at Arang. Who would u guys recommend?

Also what are the things to take note. Eg, what are the things that i need to pay and what is covered? How much would it cost?

Seems to me a few of you guys hate pml service. But i still gotta go back as still within warranty.

Thanks for your :helpp!:

At Kampong Arang, I used to be served by Paul Wee. IMO, he's OK

The CSO will check and inform you of the requirements and costs before they proceed. No worries ... just bring your credit cards :whatthe:

Not a few.. is many.

All have to go back just to get the "Tao Kua" chop in our service booklet.. so Lan Lan..

If u r particular with paint work like scratches, dun let them wash.

try asking for Paul wee, really friendly & customer oriented service advisor!

won't regret!:)

Re: 1st Servicing since i took over

Paul's ok. BTW I think they'll try charging you for a BMW Oil Bottle nylong bag which is almost totally useless. You might want to ask them to exclude that

Re: 1st Servicing since i took over

Tell me about it. Sent the car for servicing, didn't really check the bill till after, and then saw the useless 1L bottle of oil + case in the boot. They charge for both.

What about engine oil? Should i bring my own or they will change and charge me straight for the castrol?

No hard and fast rule for that. You can bring your own and instruct them to use it. Otherwise, they'd just go ahead and use Castrol.

Thanks bro,

So what engine oil would you guys recommend? Torco? Or is the castrol good enough?

Thanks.
