318i Taxi????

Hi guys ,
Sorry brothers, don't know if this is the correct section for this posting. Read from this forum, can't remember where, someone mentioned that 318i sounds like a taxi when stationary. recently just realised it's true...DAmn !!! :furious:
Anyone can elaborate on this?? Can't seems to figure out which fan it is that is causing the noise.
