520i E60 any problem?

Hi all the seniors here. Am considering getting the 520i e60, any comments greatly appreciated.

Bro do you die die must buy 2L 4pot , if not you can have a look on 6 pot 523, 525.
Road tax is difference between 2L & 2.5L .
6 pot is sweet to drive compare to 4 pot 520.
520 is underpower and fc definitely will be suffer as i dive 520 & 523 e60, i found 523 is better power and fc.

Totally agreed ! Tested 520 before and only can say is Far too underpowered compare to 525 .. If budget not an issue pls go for 525 , otherwise u will be very regretted .. But of cos F10 520 is another story ...

Avoid the E60 520 4cylinder. The aircond compressor will up lorry every 2 years. It's a well known problem. Also, its waaay underpowered. The 523 is better with adequate power and the engine is silky smooth.

After the introduction of E60 520 with N46B20. No more 523.

id say just go 525 as well. the 520 shares engine block with 320 e90 right? alot of known problems.

I have almost bought a 08 520i from a direct owner but after test drive I gave up. Now waiting to collect my 08 523i tomorrow. May I ask, is 08 523i a E60? Very confusing with all these as I am very new to BMW.

E60 is good. F10 is better. BMW-SG is best
