Thanks for the article, LJL ! I read that this is the 2 litre direct fuel injection Engine with 170 ps, similar to the one used in the 320i.

Do you think that Performance Motor will upgrade the entire 5 series range with direct fuel injection engines (the N53) ? It is apparently more powerful and fuel efficient at the same time. Thanks !

I believe the main fuel saving gadget, in part, due to HPI but there's also the Brake Energy Regeneration which I understand that PML is not bringing in. Maybe in future batches.

Thanks for the news LJL, but not sure if your article is based on the euro 520iA or the singapore 520iA, 'cos the spec that PML brings in is the 156 bhp version.
