Hi All,
I was at my after sales workshop (not PML) for a issue of climate control not working.
My problem is I have the setting at 18c but the car never cools to that level. Even fan speed does not change to blow air faster when the outside temperature is more than 30c. I was expecting the fan speed to max out for some time and then gradually slow down as the temp inside drops. But this is not happening.
The service center told me this could be a software issue and are asking me to upgrade at a cost of 500 SGD. Thats ridiculous.
Did you guys experience climate control not working issue and how did you solve it? Kindly help me with this cause I think the service center is just looking to extract dollars .
