Any E60 out there fit M6 style side mirror with lamp & foot lamp?

Hi E60 owners,

Anyone change their side mirrors to the M6 types that comes with signal lamp and foot lamp on it? I came across it and wonder whether it is possible to install it? If possible, it seems that extra wiring required to tap to the signal lite and whether the installation will be costly...

Anyone can advise?
