G'day Beemer Masters and Gurus,

Am looking to pick up a new 523iA and was wondering how much are they going for these days. Would greatly appreciate it if someone could appraise me. (Not the IMF deal ones, must have been a good deal but was out of town when PML was picking orders for the event).....any pointers to nice, friendly and accomodating sales advisers would also be much appreciated as the one whom I've dealt with in the past has gone onto bigger and better things .......read "selling lagi more exotic and high end vroom vrooms".

Many thanks in advance.

Re: Any idea how much a new 523iA costs?

I think $177k (before bargaining). Heard from a friend who did a test drive last weekend.

Suggest you give them a call or go down personally to get a test drive.

Cheers.

Re: Any idea how much a new 523iA costs?

a 523 used to $170-172k about 6 months back when PML were taking orders for the AA 523i s which were even lower at about $161k only. Now I not sure.

Re: Any idea how much a new 523iA costs?

my customer just enquired over the weekend. without rebate is 170k after 2k discount.

Re: Any idea how much a new 523iA costs?

the cc is the same. :)

525 got more features lah.

Re: Any idea how much a new 523iA costs?

The 523 and 525 has the same sized engine block but there are fundamental differences in the make up of the engine..... as posted in another post, once you past the bread and butter cars such as the 320, 523, 730...... the price differs by quite a lot and not much neg......

Ok, difference in specs between 523 and 525:

1. More powerful (177bhp vs 218bhp) (230Nm v 250Nm)
2. GPS, therefore 8.8" i-drive screen vs 6.5"
3. Sports Steering Wheel
4. Adaptive Lights
5. Active Steering
6. Bigger Disc Brakes
7. 7k rpm vs 7.5k rpm
8. Different rims

I think that's about it..... oh, and the badge behind...... 523 and 525.......
