Any Servicing workshop for BMW 316i ?

Hi, I have a 5 yrs old 316i that is out of warranty. PML offers a $670 package for 3 servicing with engine oil change thrown in. Anyone knows how much non PML workshop would charge for oil change? I'm concern that during routine oil change servicing, PML may detect parts needs changing, etc and charge higher than outside workshop. Hence seeking forum's advice on matter and recommendations for optional workshops to do routine serving other than at PML. Thanks

I would get this package with PML. If they do detect parts need changing, I am not obligated to go to them, since ride is already out of warranty. I can drive to other workshops I am comfortable with.
